Kanye filmed his Jesus is King IMAX feature at Roden Crater, near Flagstaff, AZ. This is the new age mecca. Roden is an alleged portal. A temple of light if you will. This all comes from William Henry’s website. Henry drank the kool aid evidently and tends to think that Kanye is singing the “new song” of those 144k saints. Nope. Not a chance in the lake of fire.
James Turrell is the one Kanye has probably thanked for filming at Roden Crater. “Roden Crater is an under construction temple of light being built by James Turrell, the Leonardo of our time.
A profoundly cosmic being, Turrell sculpts with light as no other artist has done before Roden Crater is his magnum opus. As his website says, “Roden Crater is a gateway to observe light, time and space”. Here are images of the outside and inside of Roden Crater. It’s a crater in the desert where he’s built rooms that channel the different colored lights from various stars and planets. Roden is a name of Germanic origin, originally meaning “red valley”. Esau represents red.

Magazine’s story on Turrell, which will appear in the print edition of the magazine on January 19, had gone to press. Now, after more than four decades, Turrell’s massive project finally has a finish line.
