One reason why the cv vaccine may need to be stored at -70f (-94f) temperatures is due to Luciferin. Luciferin (light-emitting compound found in organisms that generate bioluminescence) needs to be stored at this temperature after it is created. Notice the 66.6ml. This is for the patent of “Delivery and formulation of engineered nucleic acids”.
